            Typically, you could expect to spend 1-12 sessions (1 hour per session) with me addressing your specific dilemma and situation. In that time we clarify your dilemma, your thinking, and design a programme to suit you. 

            Depending on your needs, your coaching programme will include one or more of the following:

            - clarifying what you want to achieve from coaching
            - understanding your thinking and your patterns
            - identifying barriers, challenges
            - stretching you
            - finding new solutions to recurring problems
            - finding out what keeps 'tripping' you up
            - clarifying your 'profile'
            - completing specialised assessments 
            - personality, values, skills, interests, motivators, strengths
            - setting brilliant, and achievable, goals (with my help)
            - achieving your goals (with my help)
            - developing a list of 'top' career matches
            - providing you with work search resources
            - supporting your job search (CV, interviews)
