            Coaching Solutions

            Picture
            Individual coaching, in person in your workplace or at my office. Or via phone or skype. Typically a successful coaching engagement will last between 3-12 sessions (1 hour each session). A full 12 session coaching series is goals and results focused so you can directly measure how effective the coaching has been.  It is essential that expectations and communications (between Coach, Coachee, and Manager/HR) are clarified and agreed at the start of the coaching assignment.
