Scott brings over 30 years of diverse professional experience—including 10 years in architecture (founding RSM Design Associates), 10+ years in sales, and over a decade in workforce development career services. He has worked with organizations ranging from small firms to multinational companies such as Armstrong and Microsoft.
Today, Scott supports mid-to-late career professionals facing career transitions, pivots, and job search challenges in today’s competitive market. Having facilitated hundreds of workshops both in-person and online, Scott uses expert consultative skills to understand each client’s unique goals and challenges, partnering to create tailored strategies and actionable roadmaps for success.

Sessions focus on defining client goals, targeting job opportunities, developing job search strategies, strategic networking, and creating actionable plans with ongoing results tracking and support.
Career Transition Coaching
Sessions guide clients through goal setting, self-assessment, career research, networking, industry focus, skills gap evaluation, and developing weekly action plans with ongoing support.
Individual Appointments
Clients can choose from prepaid, prescheduled sessions between 25-55 minutes, all tailored to their needs.

These packages provide personalized coaching to help clients set goals, develop strategies, and get ongoing support for job searches or career transitions.

Do you offer personal (in-person) coaching?
No, Scott currently do not offer in-person coaching. All coaching sessions are conducted virtually. You can book individual appointments, or choose from available coaching packages for more structured support.
How much does career coaching cost?
Your first Scheduled Discovery Call is completely free. This session helps us determine the right path forward based on your goals.
- Individual coaching sessions range from $99 to $199 per session.
- Coaching packages are available and range from $899 to $2,249, depending on the level of support and duration you choose.

What areas of career development do you specialize in?
Scott specializes in virtual career coaching for mid- to late-career professionals, especially Gen X leaders (ages 45–60). He helps clients with job search strategy, career transitions, or both—through structured, results-focused coaching programs.
